What platforms do you use?
We build our websites on Shopify and WordPress depending on whether it’s an ecommerce site or a service site.
How long does it take?
To design and build a website from scratch usually takes around a month between getting all the content together, designing and building the pages and making revisions. The process can be shorter or longer depending on the particular project.
Do you offer website hosting?
We offer website hosting and maintenance packages for WordPress sites and maintenance packages for Shopify as it already has hosting built into the platform.
How is payment done?
We do our website design projects in a 50/50 format. 50% payment as a deposit before we start the project and 50% at the very end when everything has been approved.
What do I have to provide?
From your end, all we’ll really need is the text info that will go on the site and any images and videos that you want to use. We’ll take care of the rest!
How do I get started?
We will have a call with you where we discuss what you need. We then provide some site examples which we discuss with you over email before we get started on site maps and mockups.
