How long does it take?
Creating most designs from scratch usually takes around 2 – 3 weeks including the discovery process, initial concept designs and revisions. The process can be shorter or longer depending on the particular project.
How many initial concepts do I get?
We will create at least 2 initial concepts of the design based on the discovery process. We might do more if there are other ideas that we think you’ll like but we usually try to keep it to 2 that we think you’ll really love!
How many revisions do I get?
All of our design projects come with unlimited revisions as standard because we’re dedicated to making sure that you’re 100% satisfied with the outcome of the project.
How is payment done?
We do our graphic design projects in a 50/50 format. 50% payment as a deposit before we start the project and 50% at the very end when everything has been approved.
What do I have to provide?
From your end, all we’ll really need is to chat with you about what you’re looking for and send you some design examples that we’ll chat about. We’ll take care of the rest!
How do I get started?
We will start with a quick call with you where we’ll chat about what you need. We then provide some design examples which we discuss with you over email before we get started on the initial concepts.
